

| Lady Eagles Dominate Arlington Baptist College |

Score 88 Points in 51-Point Victory Playing their last game before Christmas break, the Rhema Lady Eagles gave it their all on the court and walked away with an 88-37 victory over the Arlington Baptist College Lady Patriots Thursday night at the Ninowski Recreation Center. With the 51-point victory, the Lady Eagles upped their record to 5-9 on the season.Rhema dominated every aspect of the game. They forced 35 Lady Patriot turnovers, scoring 35 points off of those turnovers. The Lady Eagles, without leading-rebounder Vanessa Zailo, who sat out with a foot injury, owned the glass, ripping down 44 rebounds (24 offensive) compared to 25 for Arlington Baptist. In their best shooting performance of the year, the Lady Eagles shot 49 percent from the floor, including 47 percent from three-point range, while holding ABC to 27 percent shooting. Rhema was led by guard Jamie Davis who scored a career-high 31 points on 12-of-22 shooting (55 percent). She also grabbed six rebounds and had four steals. Candace Tripke finished with 17 points and eight rebounds. Kori Jo Jones had 15 points, eight rebounds, and four steals, all season highs. Chantel Peterson added 10 points, seven rebounds, and seven steals, while Keirstyn Spangler had 10 points and seven rebounds. Jessica Davis contributed five points, seven rebounds, and three steals. The Lady Eagles return to action Thursday, January 5, when they play host to Eastern Oklahoma State College. Game time is 5:30 p.m. |
